our process has been a long and frustrating multi year journey ending with the ability to copper coat fiberglass hulls. The original concept was to electroplate hulls with copper. We found that this was far too time consuming even using the brush plating technique. We also found the plating to be too thin for practical use in the ocean.

We than started spraying Copper powder onto wet resin. We used copper to saturate resin before we sprayed. We soon discovered this resin was very effective on it’s own. Eliminating the need for gun and compressor. This is MM COPPER-COAT.

Shotgun fishing is rapidly becoming popular with our new launcher. Salt Luxury Charter in Miami has opened our eyes in South Florida.

Our C.E.O. Mr. Gerardi was the original owner of Marine Imports and the original designer and producer of Radar Arches from the early 1980s. He has extensive marine knowledge and experience. Including owning one of the first BMW Marine dealerships. (yes there was such a thing , they left the United States in 1987, selling out to Mercury Marine).
